From Caterpillars to Butterflies

Room 3 have been learning all about the life cycle of a butterfly. They had 5 caterpillars in their classroom growing over the last 6 weeks, over the long weekend the caterpillars turned into butterflies! We released them into our school gardens. We loved learning about them and watching them grow from baby caterpillars to very large caterpillars, to then become chrysalis and then finally butterflies!
