Room 11 – Welcome back to School

We returned to school this year in August 2024 to beautiful warm sunshine! We decided to fill the yard with positive messages using chalk for the year ahead. We were also learning about place value in Maths. We used groups of Hundreds, Tens and Units to make a three digit number. We have been busy leaning the months of the year ‘as gaeilge’ as well as introducing ourselves. Fortunately for us, we were the first class chosen for swimming this year and have been enjoying our weekly swims in Ballyfermot Leisure Centre. We have been incredibly lucky to get to use the playground outside the leisure centre too! What a busy month we are having!
